Our Mission: To deliver programs that encourage and support environmental stewardship in the Lake Superior Basin and beyond, for the benefit of present and future generations.
EcoSuperior is an incorporated not-for-profit organization, operated by a volunteer board of directors. We are partnership based and supported entirely through fee-for-service projects delivered for municipal, provincial and federal governments as well as corporate sponsors and other funding agencies.
We offer a wide range of programs and services, from community and school presentations to information resources including a lending library of print materials and videos. We provide services such as staff training, home energy evaluations and informative home visits for well owners. Volunteers are always welcome to participate in many different activities. Our staff are actively involved in community events and committees.
EcoSuperior is a member of Green Communities Canada, EarthWise Thunder Bay, the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Ontario Development Network.
