For "Greenagers":

Youth Action Team

The EcoSuperior Youth Action Team meets regularly to discuss and take action on environmental topics relevant to our community.  Participants will be able to hear about current EcoSuperior programs, suggest ideas for new programs, learn from guest speakers, and organize their own youth-initiated events.

EcoMentors

A program of EarthDay Canada, this free workshop offers training, resources and tools for you to become an "EcoMentor" in your community.  We are looking for youth aged 13 - 25 who are interested in spreading the word about our environment and helping others to understand our environmental impact.

For TEACHERS and Community Youth Group Leaders:

Classroom Presentations

EcoSuperior offers FREE classroom presentations.  Let us help you incorporate environmental education into your classes (elementary or secondary).  These hands-on curriculum linked presentations will engage your students in thinking about the environment and the role we play in helping to protect it.

Other School Programs

Your entire school can participate in an environmental initiative.  Whether you are intersted in cleaning up your school yard, encouraging students to choose more active modes of transportation, reducing idling in your school zone, or starting up a green club, consider these programs to help you along the way.

Lessons & Resources

These lesson plans, activities and other resources are available for you to use in your own classroom.  Think about some of these ideas to help with the incorporation of environmental education into your school day.
