Whether you are looking to drive a carpool or share a ride, Carpool Ontario allows you to customize your search criteria to find a perfect match.

Carpool Ontario is a program of Commute Ontario, a province-wide turnkey program designed to encourage commuters to adopt healthy and sustainable transportation options.

Individuals can register a free Carpool Ontario account. Organizations are encouraged to join Commute Ontario and take advantage of FREE resources, annual campaigns and custom programs to help get their people moving. By joining Commute Ontario, organizations have access to the following programs and services:

  • Carpool Ontario online tool – Custom corporate page with ability to restrict registration by corporate email domain and search within workplace/campus group.
  • Active Switch, online Walking & Cycling Program
  • Emergency Ride Home Program – Reimbursement of up to $75.00 per ride
  • Year-round Campaigns
  • Monthly Rewards Program
  • Custom Corporate Information Portal
