Each EcoKit is designed to be an easy-to-follow, week long (five 50-minute periods) lesson-plan package to be facilitated by the classroom teacher. Each kit comes complete with a teacher resource binder, student worksheet package, and all necessary supplies and materials. The EcoKits are intended to promote opportunities for hands-on environmental education in a classroom setting. Teachers can borrow an EcoKit for a 3-week period. There is no fee to use the kit, and free shipping is available.
